Russia\'s Federal Customs Service (FCS) operates the ALTAIR customs system for electronic declarations. Russia is a member of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) — a customs union with Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan applying a common external tariff. Western sanctions since 2022 have significantly impacted Russia\'s import channels.
