What is ASYCUDA World?

ASYCUDA World is the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development customs automation system used by Bangladesh Customs for electronic declarations, including import bills of entry.

Access and roles

Clearing agents hold ASYCUDA user accounts linked to their license. Importers may receive read-only visibility depending on NBR arrangements. Never share login credentials outside your organization.

Filing steps (summary)

  1. Verify manifest shows bill of lading at Bangladesh port/airport.
  2. Create goods declaration with correct procedure (home use, warehousing, etc.).
  3. Enter HS-wise quantity, value, origin, and IRC.
  4. Attach scanned documents (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, LC if applicable).
  5. Submit for assessment; pay duty through designated channels.
  6. Obtain customs release for port delivery order.
